Skellys Rules LTD Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Deposit

1.1. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total amount due.

1.2. Full payment must be made no less than 3 days before the event date. Failure to pay in full by this time may result in the cancellation of your booking and you will be charged 50% of the booking fee.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Cancellations must be made in writing via email or written communication.

2.2. Cancellations made 8 days or more before the event date will receive a refund of any payment made, minus the deposit.

2.3. Cancellations made less than 7 days or less before the event will be charged at 50% of the total booking fee.

2.4. Cancellations made less than 2 or less days before the event will be charged 100% of the total booking fee.

2.5. All charges from cancellations will already have your deposit deducted from the total amount owed.

3. Use of Equipment

3.1. Customers are responsible for ensuring the safety and appropriate use of all hired equipment, including the inflatable nightclub, 360 photo booth, and any DJ equipment provided e.g speakers, amp, projectors.

3.2. The equipment should only be used as intended and must be operated by the customer or the customer’s guests with due care.

4. Damages and Liability

4.1. The customer will be held liable for any damage to equipment caused by improper use, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.

4.2. In the event of damage, the customer agrees to cover the cost of repair or replacement of the equipment, as assessed by [SKELLYS RULES LTD].

4.3. [SKELLYS RULES LTD] is not responsible for any injury or loss sustained due to the misuse of the equipment or during the event.

5. Delivery, Setup, and Collection

5.1. [SKELLYS RULES LTD] will deliver, set up, and collect the inflatable nightclub and Or 360 photo booth at the agreed times.

5.2. The customer must ensure that there is adequate space and access for the setup of the equipment.

5.3. Any delays caused by inadequate space, access, or other customer-related issues may result in additional charges.

6. Weather Conditions

6.1. The inflatable nightclub and other outdoor equipment may not be set up or used in extreme weather conditions (e.g., high winds, heavy rain) for safety reasons.

6.2. In the event of adverse weather conditions, [SKELLYS RULES LTD] reserves the right to cancel or postpone the booking. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a refund of the deposit.

7. Photographs and Media

7.1. [SKELLYS RULES LTD] reserves the right to take photographs or videos of the event for promotional purposes unless the customer explicitly requests otherwise in writing before the event.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1. Any personal information provided by the customer will be used solely for the purpose of booking and conducting the event and will not be shared with third parties without the customer’s consent.

9. Agreement

9.1. By booking with [SKELLYS RULES LTD], the customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.

9.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in accordance with the laws of consumer rights act 2015.
